While you are booking any tour packages, hotels and other services through us , We will send you an email containing the details of your tour package or hotel bookings . Due to any reasons if you do not receive the email. Please contact us on [email protected] or mobile No. +918859596989 and ask us to re-send the details to you. After confirmation of your tour package or hotel bookings , you are not allowed to make any changes and modifications.
Booking Conditions
When you receive the confirmation of your tour package or hotel booking , we will provide you with the last date to make the payment. Kindly make the payment before the due date.
The prices shown in our website, e-mails, advertisements and in the printed materials are subject to change without any prior notice. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.
General check-in time is 15:00 hours / check-out time is 11:00 hours at hotels & resorts or has to be checked with concerned hotel.
Rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking if mentioned hotel is not available, similar hotel will be provided.
Vehicle provided by us will not be at disposal but will perform its respective duties as per tour itinerary.
Any additional cost due to route change, Airline change, Date change, Vehicle breakdown, flight cancellation, road blocks, political disturbance, bad weather, ill health or any other factor beyond our control has to be paid by the tourist/s at the spot as per actual expenses.
Holiday Discovery acts as a tour operator for all the services mentioned in the tour itinerary, hence will not be responsible for any sort of loss or injury caused due to any reason.
Holiday Discovery shall not be responsible for any delay / cancellation of flight / train / bus or any other mode of transport due to bad weather / road closed / strike / political issues or any other causes.
Holiday Discovery has full right to release the booking without prior intimation if payment is not made as per cut off date.
All disputes are subject to courts of Agra , India jurisdiction
As per Government rules, we request all the guests to carry a valid photo-Identity card, foreign nationals has to present their passport and valid visa at the time of Check-in at hotels.
In the unlikely event of our inability to accommodate the guest in particular hotel, despite holding a confirmed reservation, we will try our best to arrange alternate accommodation & transportation at our cost if required.
Guest/s has to follow the instructions of the tour guide or tour escort during the tour All bookings have to be supported with Advance Payment at the time of reservation.
Holiday Discovery / hotels reserve the right to admission / review / amend these Terms and Conditions.
Refund Policy
There is no refund after you send the confirmation and payment to us.

Payments Terms And Conditions
The entire payment is required after finalization of our services. After finalization of the booking the amount is nonrefundable. The payment should be transferred to our bank account. The bank details will be provided at the time of making the payment.
